A 2-days training workshop for ASM’s, RSM’s and DGM’s. Whether it is getting better in sales and territory planning or using analytical skills to make right decisions, this workshop prepares you to ‘Do things differently rather doing different things’. The participants are trained on looking at problems in a holistic way rather than focusing on one single direction. The Skit and Role Plays created in the form of case studies from real market adds up to a crescendo towards the end of the workshop leading to ‘Excellence in Endeavour’.
