Whether it was haggling over the price of your first automobile, requesting an extended vacation or talking your 5-year old into practising music, life is filled with negotiations that we can all relate to. Negotiation is a skill that can be learnt, perfected and not necessarily something you’ve to be ‘born’ with. When we discuss different processes, strategies and methodologies of negotiation in this module, you’ll learn to differentiate between bargaining’ and ‘negotiation’. This will assist you to enhance your individual contribution leading to organizational performance.
